CERTIFICATION
A training course for safety managers in your organisation. This training course reviews the regulatory aspects, the definitions related to accidents and incidents, and provides you with the tools and methods to investigate and analyse accidents/incidents. The training focuses on accidents and incidents and is illustrated by case studies.

The course is available in several versions, depending on participants' level of expertise, from beginner to expert.
For the “beginner” version, no prerequisites are required.
For the ‘expert’ version, participants must have a background in a relevant profession or field of study (psychology, occupational risks, health and safety at work, human and organisational factors, etc.). Ideally, participants should have completed the ‘human factors’ and ‘safety culture’ training courses from the Welbees catalogue.
- Understand the accident investigation and analysis process
- Be aware of the use of accident analysis methods
- Be able to implement effective investigation and analysis methods (root cause analysis, systemic analysis, etc.)
- Gather and organise the information relevant to an investigation.
- Identify the immediate causes and root causes of an incident.
- To analyse the human and organisational factors involved in incidents.
- Identify weaknesses in security systems.
- Make relevant recommendations for prevention.
